She is secretly obsessed with data & loves to build/clean databases including her agent e-flyer database. Terry Haas Blackwell
Meet the gal on the other end of the phone line. Terry has been with KL Creations since 2016 when she saved the day by stepping in after an unexpected employee departure. She was such a great fit, we never let her leave! With a background in sales & marketing she jumped in with both feet. Immersion, self educating & a desire to learn have honed Terry’s market knowledge & design skills to top notch! In addition, she also handles billing, collections, office administration, direct mail & anything else that might come her way. You can thank Terry for keeping Kim on deadline & on task which is definitely a never ending job. Terry’s loyalty, willingness to help, passion for her job & strong customer service skills give our client’s a sense of ease & comfort.

Carrie Morris
Carrie started behind the scenes with KL Creations in 2018. She brings a marketing degree & years of experience in digital strategy development & marketing, email marketing & website audit & design. Fueled by digital passion, Carrie is the creator of KL Creations 30+ Facebook pages. She also maintains all of our social media, clients' social media, writes client blogs & works with our web designer to keep fresh ideas on the forefront. She has added the digital marketing branch to our services. Like Kim, Carrie is data obsessed. She works tirelessly in our e-flyer database maintenance & growth. She is the sounding board & refiner of Kim’s constantly changing “brilliant” ideas & offerings & takes the lead in assuring they are implemented. Carrie is a strong client advocate and perfectionist, making sure missed mistakes are corrected before launch!
