Can I advertise Buyer’s Agent Commission (BAC) in e-flyers?
Yes, you can include Buyer’s Agent Commission (BAC) details in your e-flyer. Since MLS systems no longer display BAC by default, phrases like “BAC Offered” or “Seller is Agent Friendly” are effective at attracting more real estate agents.

1024 pixels wide, up to 2880 pixels long
PDF, PNG, JPG, or Canva link
Fonts should be minimum 16pt for readability.
